Biosafety Courses
We offer 3 biosafety courses depending on what level of biosafety you would like to learn. A basic course for the general public, an intermediate course for healthcare professionals, and an advanced course for biosafety officers or laboratory managers. Click on the course you want to take based upon your interest and background. Everyone can and should take the introductory course for the public.
Public course
For all ages and backgrounds. This is for everyone, no matter who you are or what your do. Take it with your family or share it with your friends. The more knowledge we have, the safer our families and the world will be.

Health care professional course
If you work in the health care or related professions, this course is for you. This course offers a deeper understanding of biosafety for people who are at higher risk from biological pathogens. Biosafety officer course
If you have the responsibility for biosafety in your laboratory or facility, this course is for you. Here you will learn everything you need to become a certified biosafety professional. This course is focused on biorisk program management and all the different aspects of how to implement risk reduction. After taking this course, you should be able to teach others.
